2021 - Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Our fine 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from grapes grown on our own vineyard in Paso Robles, CA.
We meticulously care for our grapes to create a premium Estate Reserve Cab that you can savor on any special occasion or lay down in your wine cellar for additional aging.
Bold berry flavors with hints of anise, leather, tobacco and chocolate.
We also grow small lots of Merlot and Cabernet Franc which we use to blend in a Meritage fashion. 95% Cab Sauv, 4% Merlot, 1% Cab Franc.
Alcohol 14.5% by volume

Our Magnificent wine is carefully aged for at least twenty two months in traditional French oak barrels (new & neutral), where it is racked multiple times.
No fining or filtration is used in the production of the wine with focus on flavor and balance.
The color of the Cabernet is a deep garnet with an alluring nose of berries, rose and cassis. Proper cellaring of our wines should provide up to another 15 - 20 years of aging.
